The HM-D is an automatic upstroke saw for crosscutting wood and other non-ferro meterials fast and accurate. Single as well as stacks can be handled. The pusher carriage is driven by a maintenance free rack and pinion drive suitable for as well high speeds as heavy loads.

The sytseem is equipped with the latest CAN Bus steering techniques for high speed data processing with a powerful industrial computer.
The big 19''LCD touch screen has a clear view for the operator. This is easy to operate by the powerful software with graphical support.

The machine can be used in various industries such as timber frame, furniture manufacturers, garden pruducts, window frames,imber industry ect.

The system can be expanded with a chalk line reader and length measurement, in combination with an optimisation program.

New is the in-build digital camera for showing te cross section of the wood after the first cut, in order to check if the wood is crack free then.

For marking purposes the machine it is possible to have a sticker or inkjetprinter for timber frame it also possible to use the inkjetprinter for stud location positions and associated panel reference information during cutting. The information is read directly from the drawing program.
